  • Hiding vegetables — smoothies with spinach, pasta sauce with pureed zucchini. It works temporarily, but it doesn’t expose the child to the vegetable and doesn’t build acceptance.

Common to all three: they don’t solve the problem, they bypass it. And neophobia is not solved by bypassing — it is solved by gradual, neutral exposure over time.
