Refund Policy – MINI Family ApS
We hope that you and your child are happy with your purchase. If, contrary to expectations, it does not meet your expectations, we offer both the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and our own extended 30-day satisfaction guarantee.
Statutory right of withdrawal – 14 days
Under the Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
- If the item is returned within the first 14 days, we will refund the full purchase price, including standard shipping costs.
- Any additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery will not be refunded.
Extended satisfaction guarantee – days 15 to 30
From day 15 to day 30 after receiving the item, you can still return it and receive a refund of the purchase price, less our shipping costs.
- We offer a convenient return label so that you can quickly and safely send the item back.
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
How to return an item
- Contact us at hej@minifamily.dk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return label and instructions for the return.
- Pack the item securely so that it is not damaged during transport.
Refunds
- We will refund the amount to the payment card or payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will be issued no later than 14 days after we have received and approved the item.
Complaints
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hej@minifamily.dk.
For approved complaints, we cover both return shipping and any replacement shipment.
