Refund Policy – MINI Family ApS
We hope that you and your child will be happy with your purchase. Should it unexpectedly not meet your expectations, we offer both the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and our own extended satisfaction guarantee for a total of 30 days.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal – 14 Days
According to the Consumer Contracts Act, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.
- If the item is returned within the first 14 days, we will refund the full purchase amount including standard shipping costs.
- Any additional costs for choosing a more expensive delivery method than standard delivery will not be refunded.
Extended Satisfaction Guarantee – Day 15 to Day 30
From day 15 to day 30 after receipt, you can still return the item and get a refund of the purchase amount, however minus our shipping costs.
- We offer an easy return label so you can quickly and safely send the item back.
- The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund.
How to Return
- Contact us at hej@minifamily.dk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you a return label and instructions for the return.
- Pack the item securely so it is not damaged during transport.
Refund
- We will refund the amount to the payment card or payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund will be made no later than 14 days after we have received and approved the item.
Complaints
If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hej@minifamily.dk.
For approved complaints, we cover both return shipping and any replacement delivery.
