Ordering

When you shop with MINI Family ApS, you enter into an agreement with us once we have confirmed your order via email.

All prices on the webshop are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice, but not after an order has been confirmed.

The amount will only be charged from your account when the item has been shipped.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Denmark and selected EU countries.

Delivery time is usually 1-2 business days in Denmark, and 3-7 business days to other EU countries.

Shipping is done with GLS or DAO in Denmark.

Shipping prices:

Parcel shop: 29,-

Home delivery: 59,-

Free parcel shop delivery for orders over 500,-

We deliver directly to parcel shops, home addresses, or business addresses according to your choice.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a full 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the item.

The right of withdrawal only applies if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as when received.

Returns must be reported by writing to hej@minifamily.dk

The buyer pays the return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

We offer an easy return label.

Complaints

You have a 24-month complaint right according to the Sale of Goods Act.

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at hej@minifamily.dk, with a description and possibly a photo of the defect.

Refund

When we have received and approved the returned items, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment card or payment method used for the purchase, no later than 14 days after receipt.

Personal Data

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The information is only used to process your order and will never be shared with third parties without your consent.

Complaint Access

If you as a consumer want to complain about your purchase, you must contact us at hej@minifamily.dk.
