The small, precise knife for herbs, berries, and soft vegetables - smaller and lighter than the other MINI knives.
The knife:
- Rounded tip - gentle on fingers.
- Extra light and small - for the youngest hands.
- Sharp enough for soft vegetables, berries, and herbs.
The knife is manufactured in Denmark from reinforced PA6, assembled and packaged in Denmark, and CE approved.
Recommended from age 3 and must always be used under adult supervision. The knife is made for real cooking and is not a toy.
Getting started
Use the Herb Knife for delicate tasks - chopping parsley, slicing strawberries, and tearing basil. Let your child practice at their own pace, and always use the knife together with an adult.
How to care for the knife
We recommend washing it by hand with mild dish soap and lukewarm water. Rinse and dry the knife thoroughly.
If you choose to use the dishwasher, the temperature must be max. 55 °C. Hand washing is the best choice if you want to take good care of the knife.
Check the knife regularly, and replace it if cracks or damage occur.

You have 30 days from receipt to cancel your purchase.
- First 14 days: You will receive a full refund of the purchase amount, including standard shipping, and we offer a return label.
- From day 15 to 30: You will receive a refund of the purchase price of the products. The original shipping cost and return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
